Here at MCOC, we offer opportunities to grow in faith, build meaningful relationships and worship together throughout the week.
Sunday School
Our Sunday School class starts at 9:30am EST. You'll find a more relaxed and discussion based setting where you are encouraged to ask questions and dive deeper into the Bible. We explore a wide range of topics and enjoy tackling those fun "Is this really what that means?" questions as we study scripture together and grow in understanding.
Sunday Worship Service
Our Sunday Worship Service starts at 10:30am EST and follows a simple, scripture focused pattern of worship. We sing a cappella from hymns, partake in the Lords Supper, read from the Bible and offer prayers together as a congregation. Our goal is to worship God in a way that is meaningful, reverent and rooted in the teachings of the New Testament.
Wednesday Night Study
WNS starts at 6:30pm EST and is similar in style to our Sunday School class - laid back, discussion driven and focused on meaningful Bible study. We often work through study books and spend extended time on topics which allows for deeper understanding, thoughtful questions and steady spiritual growth.
Meet Our Preacher
Doug Nolan serves as the preacher at MCOC and has been faithfully preaching the gospel for over 20 years. He holds a Masters degree from Summit Theological Seminary and is dedicated to teaching Gods Word with clarity and conviction. Doug is married to his wife Tammerrie and together share 5 children. They are joyfully welcoming their 3rd grandbaby this year!
